An Association Designed for Law Enforcement Officers
ICOPA MEMBERS
Members of ICOPA fall under one of the following classifications:
- CHIEF EXECUTIVE | Full-time law enforcement chief executive and command staff as determined by the chief executive, managing any bureau or division with any law enforcement agency in Idaho. 
- SECOND IN COMMAND ASSOCIATES | Full-time law enforcement command staff as determined by the chief executive, managing any bureau or division with any law enforcement agency in Idaho. 
- ASSOCIATE INDIVIDUAL | Individuals endorsed by the police chief who is an active ICOPA member in his/her community. 
- LIFETIME | Retired or resigned Police Chiefs in good standing from any city, town, or municipality in the United States. 
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
A department of one to four sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
Departments of five to nine sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
Departments with 10 to 24 sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
Departments with 25 to 49 sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
Departments with 50 to 74 sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
Departments with 75 to 99 sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
Departments with 100 to 199 sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
Departments with 200 to 299 sworn police officers in a municipality within the state of Idaho.
